Thinking About Counseling?

Good counseling can help you feel better and be more of the person that you are meant to be.  Whether something has motivated you recently, or whether you have been thinking about seeing a therapist for a while, I want to help you achieve your goals and feel better about yourself, your relationships, and your work. I will listen to you carefully and provide you unbiased professional counseling in my convenient Seattle office. We may think about the past but always with a focus on how it relates to the present. My website has information about particular topics that I can help you with, but our therapy work is not limited to those concerns. I have many years of experience with a wide number of issues, and in counseling, experience matters.

Like most things in life, the more you put into counseling, the more benefits you receive. Together, we can address what is holding you back so that your life can get back on track. Let's have the next part of your life be better than the first. Why wait?

For Clinicians

Good therapists make the world a better place one person or family at a time.  My continuing education and supervision/consultation services are designed to help you grow as a psychotherapist or as a clinical supervisor.  Whether you want a one time consultation about a difficult case or regular meetings to discuss your practice, I can help. I am also an approved supervisor who works with mental health counselor, social work and MFT associates who are accruing hours towards licensure. If you are interested in private practice development, you might want to attend one of my practice development trainings or schedule an individual consultation. And, lastly, my ethics trainings help you fulfill your continuing education requirements for licensure renewal.

I have educated and trained psychotherapists for many years.  My experience includes being a counselor, counselor educator, clinical supervisor, program director, and consultant.  I would like to be of service to you. Please let me know how I can help.
